Tonight, I am hosting the March Vista Book Club at Komma Space. I will introduce to you the book “If you want to be busy, be busy meaningfully”, it is a book about time management.

The author of this book is also American time management guru Laura. Van Dekang has observed an interesting phenomenon. Highly effective people usually have a lot of time. They think they have “a lot of time” and have time to do what they want to do. But some people are even busier even after reading various time management theories and using various time-saving tips.

To be honest, I have read a lot of time management books, and I even think that I am capable of giving lectures on time management, but this time I read “[If you want to be busy, be busy meaningfully](https://www.books.com.tw/exep/assp.php/vista/products/ E050039611?utm_source=vista&utm_medium=ap-books&utm_content=recommend&utm_campaign=ap-201903)》This book still inspired me a lot! For example, the author mentioned that you should record your time usage like a bookkeeping, so that you can know how to use it more appropriately. I agree with this!

In addition, she also mentioned that you should prioritize your own things. The key point is that if it is not in the plan at all, don’t waste time doing it! The author also mentioned that you should reserve the best time for yourself. For me, I should reserve the best time every day for my favorite writing and reading.

Overall, the biggest difference between this book and other books on time management is that the author starts from his own personal stories or customer cases. He does not just talk about truths. It can be said to be a very “down-to-earth” book.

If you always feel that you are busy, in addition to recommending that you take Mr. Zhang Yongxi’s [online course] (https://lihi.vip/gKFaA), I am also happy to recommend reading this book!
