Improve writing efficiency: start by establishing your own writing process and methods

I still remember that ten days ago, I wrote an article “How to write a blog post in half an hour?” to introduce to you the process and method of writing blog posts. As a result, I received a letter from a reader today asking me for relevant details.
In fact, the focus of the article I wrote last time was not “Write a blog post in half an hour”. The length of time is not the most important thing. I just encourage everyone to use more time to practice writing, and to establish a writing process and method that suits you.
For example, when many people write blog posts, they are used to including at least one featured image. Yesterday I also mentioned that we need to “make good use of the power of visuals to make content marketing more attractive”, so it is indeed necessary to choose an eye-catching picture. However, I also find that many people spend a long time just selecting pictures, which is really inefficient!
I would suggest that you use photos that you usually take, or make good use of the resources of CC0 Gallery. For example, I often go to Unsplash or Pexels websites to search for suitable pictures. I can find many beautiful pictures just by entering keywords. It is recommended that everyone should have some knowledge and understanding of the subject matter of their writing, so that they can quickly enter keywords to find suitable pictures.
As the saying goes, “A picture is worth a thousand words.” If you can choose a suitable picture carefully, it will definitely enhance your article! Judging from my own writing habits, I will complete the tasks of selecting pictures, editing pictures, and compressing picture files within five minutes.
