I often have the opportunity to teach “[Media Communication and Press Release Writing] (https://www.contenthacker.today/2017/10/how-to-write-a-press-release.html)” related courses to friends in the corporate world. Over the past few years, the content of the course has been updated and iterated several times, but there is one link that must be taught in every course, and everyone is very interested - that is, how to write a good company profile?
If you have the need to write a press release yourself, or have the opportunity to read press releases written by other companies, you should often see a company profile at the bottom of the press release. Even if your company rarely sends out press releases, you should still write an introduction to your company on the official website!
Whether it is a press release or an official website, the company profile is really important. The reason is very simple, because it is the starting point for the general public to know us. So, let’s talk about how to write a company profile today!
Many people have told me that company profiles are not easy to write! This is because it is difficult for ordinary people to explain the company’s ins and outs, product lines, corporate culture and unique value proposition in just a few hundred words, so they often don’t know where to start?

In the company profile, they also briefly and comprehensively introduced the origin of the business, growth experience (it has been successfully listed on the counter), and the performance of its website; at the same time, they did not forget to advertise themselves, telling them that they are currently the largest company in the field of limited-time home delivery and group buying in Taiwan, which can effectively attract the attention of the public.

Finally, let’s find out how Lotte Travel introduces itself to everyone? Tell them from the beginning that they are part of the Rakuten Group, giving people a sense of trust. Secondly, it also mentioned the founding time and service projects, and also explained the group’s philosophy and vision, which can be said to be clear and clear. Also because of the Lotte Group’s brand name, people can feel the meticulous and considerate service of Japanese companies from between the lines.
