Yesterday, I said I am looking for someone.

Some friends asked me: “Are you looking for a girlfriend?” I laughed and didn’t answer. Others said it was a “thief” recruitment advertisement and wished me luck in finding a helper.

Thank you to the friends who wrote to me. I will take the time to discuss it with you. Well, among them, there was actually a letter from a fifteen-year-old classmate, which was really touching! This morning, I saw this book “Nine Steps to Work for Yourself: A Plan for Your Future Workplace” in the bookcase. I thought it was very interesting.

Many people have the belief to change the world, but they dare not take the important step. This is a pity. If you also want to start your own career blueprint, but you feel that your current job is trapping your life, and you are even anxious about the future… then, before impulsively leaving your job, you can first follow the suggestions in this book and formulate a “resignation business plan.”

The author of this book Kelly. Kary Oberbrunner (Kary Oberbrunner) is an American workplace coach who is committed to finding his or her uniqueness and passion. His mission is to help individuals and organizations clarify who they are, their strengths, and where to invest their time and energy.

He mentions in the book that just nine steps can help you move from your current “full-time job” to your future “dream job” and turn your passion into a full-time gig!

Step 1: Design the Story

Consciously and subconsciously, you tell yourself thousands of “stories about you” every day. How to build positive beliefs with a correct vision? The story you give your master position determines the results you will get in the future.

Step 2: Design space

Your master positioning story needs the right space to thrive. The space reflects your values ​​and past experiences. This includes the virtual space of websites and social media, as well as the physical space of physical stores and studios.

Step Three: Design Services

The solution you provide must solve the problem immediately. Solutions don’t need to be complicated. The best solutions must be achievable, authentic and delivered in your own style.

Step 4: Create a platform

If you want to be heard, you must first be seen by your customers. Awesome products are no longer enough. That’s right, you now also need a platform. Without a platform—something that allows you to be seen and heard—you don’t have a chance to shine.

Step 5: Create the product

Activities bring active income, and products can increase passive income. Your time and energy are limited, but product benefits are unlimited. If you want to increase passive income, you need to increase the influence of your product.

Step 6: Create an event

If there is no product yet, market it first and then manufacture it. Informing is not selling. Instead of selling your product right out of the gate, take the time to understand the relevant needs of your potential customers. Marketing activities only make sense when your product is linked to the other person’s needs.

Step 7: Maintain community

Four kinds of teammates that dream workers need: 1. Fans: People who believe in you. 2. Other freelancers: people you work with. 3. Friends: People who can endorse you and tell the truth. 4. Funder: Someone who is willing to invest money or time in you.

Step 8: Maintain clarity

Faced with many difficult and dangerous decisions in the entrepreneurial process, you must keep a simple and clear mind if you want to make the right judgment. When you have a clear mind, amazing things happen. Having said that, when you are not clear, naturally no one will be interested in purchasing your services or products.

Step 9: Maintain credibility

True success begins and ends with credibility. What frequency are you making people feel? When you use social media to communicate mixed frequencies, people get confused. Once people get confused, you lose those masses.
