8/30 AI content production system workshop experience: truly return the time for verification and production to the creators
*▲ In the classroom on August 30, we spent the entire morning returning the time for “verification” and “production” to everyone step by step. *
On the morning of August 30, I watched the students in the classroom opening their laptops and preparing to attend the “AI Content Production System Workshop”. This is the first time that the five-layer content production architecture I designed this year has been completely moved into the classroom. It took three hours to complete the concept, environment setting, and achieve real production.
I have always believed that what this class should teach is not “how to ask AI questions”, but “how to train AI into your content production system.” The two things sound similar, but turn out to be worlds apart. The former will be forgotten after use, while the latter will become more convenient the more you use it.
Three-hour arrangement: concept, implementation, refinement and distribution, complete one round at a time
That day’s class was divided into three units. The first unit took sixty minutes to talk about concepts and environment settings, because I knew that if the foundation was not laid well, the subsequent implementation would only be copied once, and the students would still not be able to use it when they go home. The second unit is fifty minutes long and takes everyone through the entire process from input to output. The third unit, also fifty minutes long, deals specifically with refinement and distribution: how to transform a piece of content into a format that can be used on different platforms without losing its own tone.
I’m particularly concerned about “not losing my tone.” Many people are afraid that if they use AI, what they write will not look like themselves. But I have always emphasized in class: AI should not replace your judgment. What it should do is take over the hours of verification, comparison, and first draft compilation that you would otherwise spend, and return time to you to do what only you can do, that is, make judgments, tell stories, and decide opinions.
As a person who makes a living by writing, I often feel that the lack of inspiration is easy to solve. What is really annoying is the trivial and exhausting verification work hidden behind the articles. No matter how fast you write an article, if you are slow to verify it, the whole day will slip away quietly.
After finishing the Vista AI Agent course on August 30, I realized that this time can be saved. After using Claude code, the verification work that I had to do in the past became much faster and easier. What impressed me even more was that this class allowed me to re-look at “collaboration with AI” from a more complete perspective.
The teacher’s skill in teaching AI collaboration is really admirable from the bottom of my heart. The ability to explain complex things clearly is not something that just anyone can do. After taking this class, I feel a little more confident about how I will work next.
—— Liu Jing
This is exactly my original intention in designing this class. Few people like to do verification work, but it determines whether an article can stand up. When the speed of this thing is increased, writing really becomes lighter.
Claude Code is not a chat tool, it is a full-time assistant you hire
The most frequently asked question in class is: “How much does this cost?” My answer has always been consistent: Claude Code costs about NT$600 a month. Compared with the workload of verification, comparison, and first draft compilation it can take over, this is actually easy to calculate, but many people can’t imagine how big the gap is until they actually use it.
Because of this, I set aside special time in class to take everyone to actually install and run the first command. Many people think that terminals are the exclusive domain of engineers, but it takes less than three minutes to install them and get the first result. The expression at that moment is my favorite thing to see every time I start class.
Claude Code is a friend who costs 600 yuan a month. People who don’t know how to use it think it is very expensive. After the teacher’s guidance, the value of the output far exceeds the price. After the teacher’s guidance, the terminal CLI was installed in less than three minutes, opening up a broader horizon. Have the courage to sign up and take classes to improve your concepts! After getting the entry key, the rest is to watch yourself continue to explore. I can only say that this class is very valuable, thank you again teacher!
—— Lin Junyi
“After you get the key to the door, all that’s left is to watch yourself continue to explore.” I like this sentence very much. I have always believed that the best thing a class can give is not to do everything for you, but to give you the courage to open the next door on your own.
What actually happened in the classroom that day
If you want to feel the rhythm of the day more directly, this video records the complete workflow of the workshop from inspiration to multi-platform distribution:
Next show, October 3
Almost all students who have taken this class told me the same thing: If I had known better, I should have come earlier. Once the time for verification and production is truly returned to you, you will find that you will actually have time to rethink what you want to write and who you want to talk to while you were chasing the content progress every day.
The next “AI Content Production System Workshop” is scheduled for October 3, 2026 (Saturday) from 9:00 to 12:00. It is also three hours long and limited to 16 people. If you are a blogger or self-media operator, brand operator, consultant or lecturer, or simply want to learn how to use Claude Code into your own content workflow, this class will take you through the complete path from input, research, production to distribution. One piece of material will automatically produce six formats.
Early bird price is available until September 12th. Details and registration links are on “AI Content Production System Workshop” course page. Seats are limited, so think carefully and don’t hesitate for too long.
