The advantage of Xuite is that there are already previous articles as a foundation, and there are also a certain number of visitors every day (although not many). But later I chose to set up my website again on Blogger for several reasons:
- There are no covered ads, and the web design is simple and neat, providing viewers with a better experience. two. Blogger is a platform service provided by Google. It is very convenient to connect with Google’s Google Photos and Google+ of the same system.
three. The interface is relatively simple to operate and has more [traffic analysis statistics] (https://analytics.google.com/) functions than Zuiwo, making it easy to adjust your own posting strategy.
Four. If you want to go back to work hard, the first thing you have to do is to completely revise the old article. I feel tired just thinking about it. It is easier to re-post the article and link the new and old article Orz.

The second step to start over is to think about the theme positioning of your blog.
In the field of dermatology professional health education, there are already too many great figures on the Internet who are leading the way. Therefore, in addition to hoping that I can produce more readable and understandable health education articles than before, I also decided to expand the theme to some creative fields that I am interested in.
Not only do I want to add some differentiated styles to my blog, but I also hope to record my learning experience in various aspects in addition to publishing professional health education articles. And I also want to write articles from different aspects to accept different opinions so that I can be more motivated to continue writing.
In terms of choosing a blog name, [Chang Ge] (https://wendelyu.com/) mentioned several naming principles in “[Profit Model from 0] (https://goo.gl/7Mes5j)”: “You will read it when you see it, you will remember it when you hear it, and you will be curious at the first glance.” Since the focus of this blog is to share health education articles on dermatology, I chose an idiom with “Pi” in it, and changed the relatively non-derogatory “Pi Li Chunqiu” to “Pi Li Chunqiu” as the blog name (idioms with “Pi” in them are probably not nice to hear XD).

The third step is to decide the layout of the blog
At the “Presentation Design/Speech Skills Sharing Session”, Dean Lin Zhengxian’s selfless sharing of experience on slide text and color amazed me. This simple aesthetic design method can also be applied to blog layout design.
Blogger offers a variety of default themes, which is great news for someone like me who doesn’t understand web programming code at all. Originally, I chose the “well-known” theme based on my predetermined idea of “concise pages, simple color matching, and borderless design.” However, I found several trouble spots in subsequent use: the article thumbnails on the page are too small. Except for the thumbnail of the first article, it is no longer large, and the thumbnails of historical articles below are even smaller. This goes against the original idea of using pictures as a guide.
In addition, on the mobile version of the webpage, the default font size of the article text is very small, and the words in the article become very dense, making it difficult to read. After crawling through online teaching articles for a few days, I decided to give up on improving my blog by learning HTML or CSS. Because for me, who has no experience with C language at all, programming syntax is really no different from a bible. Therefore, after paying a lot of sunk costs, I later switched to the “Emporio” theme - the pictures on the homepage are larger, and the text on the mobile version is also larger and easier to read.

Free resources “fonts” and “images” on the Internet - Pi Li Chunqiu
My blog article focuses on “slideshows”, so I can prepare some related resources on the Internet that are “free to download”:
- Fonts: Try to choose fonts with adjustable font weight thickness. Try to use the same series of fonts to make the layout neat and not cluttered, while still maintaining a variety of layout options. Sans-serif fonts such as “Siyuan HeiTi”, “SiYuan True HeiTi”, “[SiYuan RouHeiTi](ht tps://free.com.tw/genjyuu-font/)”; serif fonts such as “Siyuan Songti”, “Armored Mingchao”.
two. Pictures: For photos, avoid directly applying images from Google searches. Use “CC0 Free Image Search Engine” Find high-quality images that are free to authorize, can be post-produced, and require no attribution of sources to avoid infringement issues; for flat images, you can use free images “[Flaticon](https://www.flaticon.com /)”, registration is very simple, easy to search and you can also change the color of flat image.
After implementing it during this period, I found that there are still some problems that need to be solved. Applying the official default “Emporio” theme still cannot avoid the problem of thumbnails. No matter how you modify the image, it cannot meet the preview image requirements of the web version, mobile device version and Facebook version at the same time. The thumbnail will always be cut in places; and the font size of the mobile device is still a bit small.
If you are more demanding about the beauty of your web pages in the future, you still have to learn other higher-end software mapping techniques other than Little Painter (yes, the pictures you see now are all captured with Little Painter), and spend time studying HTML or CSS programming to modify web page settings, but these can be discussed later.

Director Qiu Pinqi held the “[Community Management and Innovative Health Education Sharing Session] (https://twdermacos.kktix.cc/events/socialnetworking)” on December 17, 2020 (Sunday).
