This article is written by Debra. I would like to thank you for your permission to publish it.

This is my second time participating in a cross-field lecturer sharing session, and I have learned a lot!

Wen Qing’s teacher Zeng Guolun starts with a comic book, talks about the journey of making a presentation, and finally introduces his own animation application architecture and case explanations, which is very eye-catching.

When sharing successful cases, he treats the clients with a consistent personal and warm visual perspective, helping companies and consumers find touching connections, which is really moving.

I think that although I can also use slides to work slowly and carefully, using stacked slides to create an effect like an advertising video, or I can work hard on the perfect combination of short films and music; however, I will not be able to have such precise creativity to position clients and find the key points that the audience cares about most.

Once when the proposal was over, when I turned to look at the client, he had tears in his eyes. At that moment, I felt that it didn’t matter whether I got the case or not, because he felt the story I wanted to convey.

I think what surprised Guolun the most was that he didn’t know that he had come so far without even realizing it through his hard work!

Then, teacher Sam Yang led everyone to think about life through “Lego Serious Play (LSP)”. It was my first time to touch Lego bricks, and I met Sam Yang, a coach with skillful guidance skills. I felt really lucky! Lego bricks are not only fun, but can also be a good medium to reduce the difficulty of building consensus when conducting expert meetings within the company.

Many people are easily unable to communicate due to the threshold of cross-domain professional knowledge, or they are unable to put aside face issues with each other due to job titles or technical relationships. I think that through the guidance of Teacher Sam, they can share or spiral their respective tacit knowledge. In this way, not only consensus can be reached, but also knowledge innovation can be promoted.

What I like most is that when he stands on the podium, he can use a rational and warm tone to accompany students to explore the unknown. The charm and light exuded by the lecturer are particularly attractive. The ability of a leader involves a wide range of aspects. How to copy a second successful leader is really not an easy task.

Finally, please come to Robin Chen to share with you social marketing. I have no idea about social marketing and management. At best, I can only mess around like a shoe shiner.

In the whole class of Robin Chen, he structured the basic but key details for me. After finishing it, I am also a master of the catchy Half Bucket of Water! It’s really not that I have a low point of laughter. I can really hear that although Teacher Robin speaks fast, there is black humor hidden behind every word. The most interesting thing is that the words she uses are precise. If it can be typed into a verbatim draft and read, I think it will be extremely smooth and smooth!
