Time flies, and in a blink of an eye, it is approaching the end of the year, and it is time for the monthly “[Business Thinking of Professional Lecturers] (https://www.facebook.com/LecturerBizThinking/)” sharing session. Several long-lost lecturer friends have specially made time to attend. Facts have proved that the friends who came to participate today have indeed made money!
As soon as the sharing session started, teacher Sun Zhihua took the lead. As soon as he came on stage, he asked everyone: “Hey, how have you been this year?”
Well, this question is sonorous and powerful. I believe everyone also knows that “like a person drinking water, he knows whether it is warm or cold.” Teacher Sun said he had a good year, but I think he was being modest. He mentioned the changes this year and encouraged the lecturers present to review their progress this year.

Teacher Zhihua mentioned that although many lecturers will change 20% of the teaching content before each lecture, from the customer’s perspective, no one should be interested in having two (or more) similar presentation classes, right? Therefore, how to effectively improve ourselves and at the same time improve the quality of our products is indeed a top priority.

He politely analyzed himself and believed that there is still room for improvement in terms of height and system knowledge, and he has not yet made the impact of the briefing! After lunch, it was the turn of teacher [Li Baifeng] (https://www.facebook.com/firefly88), who has made great achievements in online courses this year, to share. Although Debra and I have already listened to Teacher Baofeng’s sharing once last week, listening to it again today can just strengthen our impression.
Teacher Baofeng tells everyone that this book teaches you to learn to earn income from something that “you can do even if you don’t get paid.” If you take a long-term view, doing anything will naturally require patience; but if you take a short-term view, you need speed. This is also what Gary Vee, the author of this book, advocates. He advocates “action first” because the only person who will block our own progress is actually ourselves.
Gary Vee said: “Those reasons and excuses that would make us hesitate to move forward are all bullshit!”
The author of this book calls again and again that we must be loyal to ourselves at all times, do what we are good at, and work very hard! As teacher Alex said, “I feel ashamed when I see Baifeng. How can there be such a strong-willed person? The word ‘procrastination’ should not be found in his dictionary!”
Teacher Baofeng also quoted the author of this book and reminded all lecturers that enthusiasm is very important! Regardless of giving lectures or producing content, don’t just show yourself as an expert, but also express your own vitality.

Finally, the finale is the career planner Chen Weicheng. The theme he brought was “Finding your mission and plan from three aspects”, which sounds quite interesting!
These three aspects, simply put, cover the past, present and future. Wei Cheng Teacher uses life blueprint, weight of role and outlining vision to lead everyone to outline their mission and future action plan with pen and paper.
We have experienced big or small stories in our lives. Only by awakening our own value through these stories can we easily find a direction with a sense of mission.
Wei Cheng The teacher asked us to draw our development process from the past to the future on paper, and set seven major events and experiences in our lives, which may change our own values, or allow us to understand ourselves better, etc. To be honest, I didn’t know how to start at the beginning. Maybe my past experience was too tortuous, or maybe this kind of guidance was too abstract.

But I still had the courage to draw a curve on the paper, and carefully recalled the past process, and finally sketched out several major key points in my life. Adjust the proportion of life and learn to set life goals outside of work.
I was very happy to interact with teachers Xiaoyu and Yuying. It also made me realize that I still have a lot of credits to make up for. I think this is one of the major gains I got today!

Finally, teacher Xu Hanting brought landscape cards and asked everyone to pick two cards to represent “past” and “future”. I specially picked a landscape card of a man and woman sitting and looking up at the mountains, which means “A person can walk fast, a group of people can go far.” I especially hope to find a partner to move forward together.

My future card is “a boat heading towards the future”. Regardless of whether I travel alone or not, I will start building my “boat” this year. I heard teacher Sun Zhihua say that it has been ten years and I haven’t written out the book yet. I’m so ashamed that I haven’t written a book in twenty years. This month I set a writing goal and titled the book “Super Consultant Power”. I started writing intensively and simultaneously worked on briefing notes and case study game “Rescuing the Chairman”. It is expected to be completed in March next year. I hope to finish the book writing faster than Mr. Sun Zhihua. Live streaming starts next week, so hurry up. Come on everyone.

October is Inventory Month #organizing2018 # Outlook2019 This year I will work harder to take root in my original field, and this year I will start trying new collaborations with friends. There are successes, but of course there will also be failures. Only those who are on the road can understand the bitterness and sweetness.
