"Business Thinking of Professional Lecturers" Sharing Session: Embrace a rich vision, starting with organization, action and outlook
Time flies, and in a blink of an eye, it is approaching the end of the year, and it is time for the monthly “Business Thinking of Professional Lecturers (opens in a new tab)” sharing session. Several long-lost lecturer friends have specially made time to attend. Facts have proved that the friends who came to participate today have indeed made money!
As soon as the sharing session started, teacher Sun Zhihua (opens in a new tab) took the lead. As soon as he came on stage, he asked everyone: “Hey, how have you been this year?”
Well, this question is sonorous and powerful. I believe everyone also knows that “like a person drinking water, he knows whether it is warm or cold.” Teacher Sun said he had a good year, but I think he was being modest. He mentioned the changes this year and encouraged the lecturers present to review their progress this year.
Teacher Zhihua mentioned that although many lecturers will change 20% of the teaching content before each lecture, from the customer’s perspective, no one should be interested in having two (or more) similar presentation classes, right? Therefore, how to effectively improve ourselves and at the same time improve the quality of our products is indeed a top priority.
He politely analyzed himself and believed that there is still room for improvement in terms of height and system knowledge, and he has not yet made the impact of the briefing! Therefore, we should take advantage of the end of the year to think carefully about how to create a series of knowledge in order to open up the upstream, midstream and downstream of the industry.
When it comes to expectations for next year, Mr. Zhihua also pays special attention to expanding product lines, increasing fan stickiness and self-media management. Of course, all these efforts are to improve ourselves and also hope to change the revenue structure.
Every time I listen to Mr. Sun share his business thinking, it always brings new inspiration and I feel very ashamed. What he shared this morning seems to have flooded my head again!
After lunch, it was the turn of teacher Li Baifeng (opens in a new tab), who has made great achievements in online courses this year, to share. The topic he was going to share was “Money Raising Practice (opens in a new tab)” experience workshop, but maybe inspired by Teacher Zhihua’s sharing in the morning, I temporarily changed it to the introduction “I am GaryVee: The Ultimate Community Operation Bible of Internet Masters (opens in a new tab)”.
Although Debra (opens in a new tab) and I have already listened to Teacher Baofeng’s sharing once last week, listening to it again today can just strengthen our impression.
Teacher Baofeng tells everyone that this book (opens in a new tab) teaches you to learn to earn income from something that “you can do even if you don’t get paid.” If you take a long-term view, doing anything will naturally require patience; but if you take a short-term view, you need speed. This is also what Gary Vee, the author of this book, advocates. He advocates “action first” because the only person who will block our own progress is actually ourselves.
Gary Vee said: “Those reasons and excuses that would make us hesitate to move forward are all bullshit!”
The author of this book calls again and again that we must be loyal to ourselves at all times, do what we are good at, and work very hard! This is not difficult to imagine, look at YouTuber Xiaoyu (opens in a new tab) example, he can earn three to four million yuan a year, which is really no fluke. Posts are sent once at 12:00, once at 16:00, and once at 20:00. The afternoon paper can be read by everyone, the afternoon paper is posted to the fan club because I don’t want to abandon the readers of the fan club, and the evening paper is written to paid clubs at 20 o’clock. After the article is published, messages will start to appear, the number is about 100-200, and I will finish processing it around 11:00 to 12:00. I hardly have any rest time. Saturdays are for working on film feedback projects, and only Sundays are rest days. I used to be able to go abroad six times a year, but now I may not be able to do that (laughs). Teacher Baofeng also quoted the author of this book and reminded all lecturers that enthusiasm is very important! Regardless of giving lectures or producing content, don’t just show yourself as an expert, but also express your own vitality.

Finally, the finale is the career planner Chen Weicheng (opens in a new tab). The theme he brought was “Finding your mission and plan from three aspects”, which sounds quite interesting!
These three aspects, simply put, cover the past, present and future. Wei Cheng (opens in a new tab) Teacher uses life blueprint, weight of role and outlining vision to lead everyone to outline their mission and future action plan with pen and paper.
We have experienced big or small stories (opens in a new tab) in our lives. Only by awakening our own value through these stories can we easily find a direction with a sense of mission.
Wei Cheng (opens in a new tab) The teacher asked us to draw our development process from the past to the future on paper, and set seven major events and experiences in our lives, which may change our own values, or allow us to understand ourselves better, etc. To be honest, I didn’t know how to start at the beginning. Maybe my past experience was too tortuous, or maybe this kind of guidance was too abstract.
But I still had the courage to draw a curve on the paper, and carefully recalled the past process, and finally sketched out several major key points in my life. Looking back afterwards, the most fulfilling thing is actually not being able to finally face my inner self and draw this picture. I am lucky enough to receive feedback from my classmates, such as Xiaoyu (opens in a new tab) and Yuying (opens in a new tab). The advice given to me is not only pertinent, but also very useful.
Adjust the proportion of life and learn to set life goals outside of work.
I was very happy to interact with teachers Xiaoyu (opens in a new tab) and Yuying (opens in a new tab). It also made me realize that I still have a lot of credits to make up for. I think this is one of the major gains I got today!
Finally, teacher Xu Hanting (opens in a new tab) brought landscape cards and asked everyone to pick two cards to represent “past” and “future”. I specially picked a landscape card of a man and woman sitting and looking up at the mountains, which means “A person can walk fast, a group of people can go far.” I especially hope to find a partner to move forward together.

My future card is “a boat heading towards the future”. Regardless of whether I travel alone or not, I will start building my “boat” this year. I heard teacher Sun Zhihua say that it has been ten years and I haven’t written out the book yet. I’m so ashamed that I haven’t written a book in twenty years. This month I set a writing goal and titled the book “Super Consultant Power”. I started writing intensively and simultaneously worked on briefing notes and case study game “Rescuing the Chairman”. It is expected to be completed in March next year. I hope to finish the book writing faster than Mr. Sun Zhihua. Live streaming starts next week, so hurry up. Come on everyone.

October is Inventory Month (opens in a new tab) #organizing2018 (opens in a new tab) # Outlook2019 (opens in a new tab) This year I will work harder to take root in my original field, and this year I will start trying new collaborations with friends.
