Have you heard of the term “Pro-am” (Pro-am)?
According to Wikipedia, Pro–am originally refers to a sports event in which professional athletes and amateurs participate. It can also refer to cooperation between professionals and amateurs in scientific disciplines such as astronomy. Personally speaking, Pro-am has another meaning: it is a person between amateur and professional status, close to the so-called “amateur professionalism”.
Pro-am is a combination of the English words Professional (professional) and Amateur (amateur). Professional refers to professionals such as doctors, professors, accountants and judges, who are all indispensable in this society. Amateur, derived from the Latin word Amator, means lover, loyal friend, or can be regarded as a person who goes all out for a goal. Therefore, it can also be said that the motivation of amateurs is based on pure love.

As we enter the 21st century, cross-field learning has become the mainstream of society. Everyone has broad knowledge and may have multiple interests and expertise.
