Last night, the first “Content Hacker Lecture” was officially held at the Film Space on Boai Road, Taipei City. Vista and Fabius brought you the latest trends in content marketing in 2018, as well as a recommended book list in the field of content hacking.
On November 10, 2017, on the eve of the so-called “Singles’ Day” or “Shopping Carnival”, a group of people gathered together to discuss and experience the beauty of content marketing!
Because it was a last-minute initiative, there was not much time to promote and publicize this lecture. However, nearly twenty partners still took the time to come, which clearly shows that everyone has a deep understanding of [content marketing](https://www.contenthacker.today/search?q=%E5%85%A7%E5% AE%B9%E8%A1%8C%E9%8A%B7), content strategy and other issues.
At the beginning of the event, Vista first introduced the development history of the “Content Hacking” website. Let’s start from the beginning. For Vista, who has worked in the Internet industry and the media, it is a pity to find that everyone is looking at information from Europe, the United States or the other side. Although the information comes very quickly, some local voices are missing.
Therefore, the “[Content Research Institute] (https://www.facebook.com/content.taiwan/)” fan page was established on last year’s White Valentine’s Day (March 14) to proactively share information related to content, creation and other topics at home and abroad. After a year and a half of slow operation, it currently has nearly 4,000 fans. As we entered 2017, we felt more deeply the craze of content marketing, content operations and even content entrepreneurship, so we founded the “[Content Hacker] (https://www.contenthacker.today/)” website on October 21st and invited Fabius to co-write and operate it.
After talking about the ins and outs of operating the “Content Hacker” website and our thoughts on building a content marketing community in Taiwan, Fabius will bring you the nine major trends in global content marketing in 2018.

Fabius has served in the media and public relations industry for 20 years. He not only has rich practical experience, but also has a deep understanding of the needs and thinking of the industry. In order to prepare for this lecture, he not only read a lot of information from domestic and foreign mainstream media and professional websites in advance, but also prepared quite a lot of cases and made a slideshow to share with the guests.

For example, “[Uncovering rare beauty - freighters can also be used for content marketing] (https://www.contenthacker.today/2017/10/maerskline-contentmarketing.html)”, “[Alternative content marketing]” have been shared on this site before. Content marketing──Pranking advertisers, but also making consumers pay](https://www.contenthacker.today/2017/11/pikachung-contentmarketing.html)” and other wonderful cases were reappeared in last night’s lecture.

Finally, Vista and Fabius have joined forces to bring you the most worth-read content hacking book list in 2018. At the same time, Vista also announced that it will organize a content hacker book club, and interested friends are welcome to sign up. Due to time constraints, I cannot explain these ten good books to you one by one. If you are also interested in knowing more, you are welcome to fill in the form to request the book list we have compiled.
The event came to an end. In addition to taking group photos together, everyone also took the time to communicate. Friends from the startup team discussed with Vista how to use content marketing techniques to increase their voice. Several friends who are interested in getting involved in related work asked Fabius for relevant details.
Amid everyone’s lively conversation, the first “Content Hacking Lecture” came to a successful conclusion. As an event organizer, we are very happy to see that everyone is paying attention to the development of content marketing, and we are also happy to see partners communicate through participating in the event. This is indeed a great thing, let’s sail together towards the great channel of content marketing!
