New Year’s Expectations

January 2nd is the New Year holiday and also my birthday. So, my Facebook page was flooded with congratulatory posts from a bunch of friends that day! Thank you all, I love you.

At the beginning of the new year, everyone must have some New Year’s resolutions, right? I am no exception and am looking forward to having a healthier body and mind this year while also doing some fun things! So, maybe you want to ask me: What things can be called interesting? Well, in fact, interesting things really include everything, such as planning new courses, writing books, recording Podcast programs…etc., they are all meaningful to me and also uniquely challenging!

Thinking of this, I suddenly remembered an episode of “Vista’s Little Voice” that was recorded last year (2021). As the saying goes, “It’s better to act immediately than to have a heartbeat.” Now that you think about it, do it quickly! So, I started recording a new show and also took this opportunity to talk to you about my New Year’s resolutions.
