On the evening of February 23, a group of presentation enthusiasts gathered at the Comma Space on Guangfu South Road to participate in the event hosted by the founder of “Presentation View” [Zeng Guolun] (https://www.facebook.c om/profile.php?id=100000108284773) hosted the second gathering of “Lunliu Lai Briefing”. Different from other presentation gatherings, which are mainly taught by a presentation teacher, the special feature of “[Lun Liu Lai Presentation] (https://www.facebook.com/ppt.luke/posts/555964454751684)” is that everyone takes turns on stage to present their presentation!

Anyone who is passionate about presentation design, wants to share his or her presentation with other friends and exchange ideas, or wants to observe other people’s presentation design thinking, is welcome to sign up for the “[Lun Liu Lai Presentation] (https://www.facebook.com/ppt.luke/posts/555964454751684)” event.

At the beginning of the event, Mr. Guolun shared two of his own briefing works, which were proposals from a construction company and a pollution prevention and control company. The styles were also very different. He shared an important point with everyone, that is, the more flashy the presentation design, the better. Instead, one should first understand the needs and the main audience groups.

For example, the product attributes of a construction company and a pollution prevention and control company are very different, and the main customer groups are also different. Therefore, when making proposals, you can first establish the main axis of communication and then use different audio, video, graphic and text elements to lay out the proposal.

Next, guests began to take turns bringing their own briefing works and sharing their design experiences. For example, [Xu Hanting] (https://www.facebook.com/Vitorissa), who is a wedding host, curator and lecturer, shared with everyone the brief she had designed for a reading club and pointed out the bottlenecks encountered in the production process. Teacher Guolun also immediately gave feedback and provided practical tips and tricks.

The special guest of this event, Mr. [Liu Yiyou] (https://www.facebook.com/yiyou.liu), the founder of “Presentation·Easy Presentation”, also shared with you the presentation techniques of presentation transition effects, how to highlight the power of text in presentations, etc. Everyone also seized the opportunity to seek help from the two presentation masters.

In addition to discussing the issue of presentation design, another guest Xiaochang’er also shared with her friends the magical plug-ins she discovered on the Internet, such as: iSlide, PPT Beautification Master, etc. Everyone exclaimed after seeing it and said in unison that they wanted to go back and try it!

I am very happy to have the opportunity to participate in this event. I would like to briefly summarize what I gained from participating in the second gathering of “Lun Liu Lai Briefing” today. In fact, I think the essence of attending a party is interaction and communication; in terms of presentation design, the focus is not on those special effects or techniques - after all, you can always read a book or check online if necessary.

Presentation design skills never depart from the same principles, so it is even more crucial to return to the basic understanding of the mind in a timely manner. Having said that, only by first understanding our audience and establishing a clear structure for the briefing (https://www.bnext.com.tw/article/44984/how-to-make-effective-briefing) can we effectively convey ideas and ideas!

Thank you to Mr. Guolun for hosting this event, and thank you to Mr. Yiyou for sharing his communication major without reservation. I can’t help but start looking forward to the third gathering of “Lunliu Lai Briefing”!
