Teacher Yongxi is not only my friend for many years, he was also my neighbor in Minsheng Community and an alumnus of my junior high school. In recent years, in addition to taking care of his family, he has also spent a lot of time and energy traveling across the Taiwan Strait to teach time management. Time management enthusiasts gather in Taipei
In order to get together with readers who have supported him for a long time, Teacher Yongxi started from March 6th and held a total of five small gatherings from Tainan, Taichung, Kaohsiung, Hualien to Taipei. Shohei Ohtani’s Nine Palaces Enlightenment
At the beginning, Mr. Yongxi took the Major League Baseball star [Otani Shohei] (https://www.vistacheng.com/2021/04/work-with-mandal-art.html) as an example to explain how he had determined to name eight Japanese professional baseball teams since the winter vacation of his second year of high school. Shohei Otani, who was only sixteen years old at the time, was actually able to draw this nine-square grid. The so-called “expected result” is a picture that comes to mind. It is called Outcome in English. It means what kind of situation can you achieve after working hard for a whole year? What kind of results are created?
As for the “future diary”, it is assumed that you will complete something on a certain year, month and day in the future (meaning it has not happened yet), imagine a picture, and then use words to describe it in detail, you can write it in the diary to encourage yourself.
Teacher Yongxi gave an interesting example to explain how to use the two keywords “expected results” and “future diary”: In the “anticipated results” section, he hopes to reduce his weight to 78 kilograms by playing badminton every week and controlling his diet. In the “Future Diary” section, it says:
On the morning of November 27, 2021, I went to play at the National Badminton Hall. After playing five full games, my sweatshirt was soaked. I planned to find time to buy some handsome jerseys and eat salad later.
