Start with gratitude and welcome a better self

Time always moves in a hurry, and in a blink of an eye, the third day of the Lunar New Year has quietly arrived. This not only symbolizes that the Spring Festival holiday is coming to an end, but also reminds us that the journey of the Year of the Golden Snake has already begun. In the past few days, while reuniting with my family and taking a break, I also habitually reflect on the present and record the good things in my life (https://copywriting.vista.tw/tag/diary/). The weather today is exceptionally sunny, and the sun shines gently through the windows, seeming to add a touch of warmth and hope to the day. Taking advantage of the morning sunshine, I decided to go out for a walk and feel the fresh air that I had not seen for a long time.

In the past few days, due to a foot injury, I have always had difficulty moving. I have to be careful every step I take for fear of straining my foot again. However, when I stepped out of the house today, I unexpectedly found that it didn’t seem so strenuous for me to go up and down the stairs. I was particularly pleased with the long-lost sense of lightness. Only then did I truly realize how precious health is. Physical recovery, like progress in life, does not happen overnight, but is accumulated through small breakthroughs. The past few days of recuperation have taught me to face life with patience, and also reminded me to cherish my body more in the future and not ignore health signals easily.

The family’s thoughtfulness

When I got home, I was greeted by my mother’s meticulous care. She still carefully prepared the hot compress for me. The warm hot compress pad was gently placed on my legs. The warmth that penetrated into the skin seemed to penetrate into my heart. At this moment, I truly understood that the love of family is a kind of existence that does not ask for anything in return. It may not be particularly ostentatious, but it can always bring comfort and support when it is needed most. I closed my eyes and felt the familiar warmth. Unexpectedly, I fell asleep before I knew it. Just thirty minutes of rest allowed the body to relax and the mood to become calmer.

The beauty of life is often hidden in the little things. Just like this moment today, there are no earth-shattering changes, but I am full of gratitude. This also reminds me of when I was young, whenever I was sick, my mother would always stay up all night, take good care of me, bring me hot soup and comfort me softly. But now, these scenes have not changed. The only difference is that time has left traces on her face. This makes me cherish the time I spend with my family even more and reminds me to spend more time with them in the future so that love can flow between us.

The satisfaction that writing brings

In the afternoon, work continued as usual. Today I wrote an article about Setapp, which is a Mac subscription software service that can help users complete their work more efficiently. For those who are used to the Apple ecosystem, this is certainly a tool worth exploring. In the process of writing, I can’t help but feel the joy of sharing knowledge through words again. Whenever someone benefits from my articles or discovers new and practical information, I feel extremely satisfied. This sense of satisfaction may also be one of the reasons why I insist on writing.

Sharing knowledge is not only giving, but also a process of self-growth. By writing this article, I not only deepened my understanding of this software, but also began to think about what other recommended tools can help more people improve their productivity. Technology is changing with each passing day, and there are new developments every day. My mission is to organize and transform this information so that more people can benefit. This sense of responsibility and accomplishment makes me more certain about my future writing direction, and I am more looking forward to bringing you more valuable content in the future.

Cherish the connection of friendship

After work came to an end, I started sending New Year greetings to my friends through LINE. Although modern technology has made communication more convenient, I still choose to type by hand instead of relying solely on stickers or preset messages, because I believe that blessings typed by hand can convey sincerity better. Although this method was a little time-consuming, it resulted in enthusiastic responses from more friends, and even a few friends I hadn’t contacted for a long time took the initiative to share their current situation with me, which made me very happy.

What’s even more exciting is that through this exchange, I learned that several of my friends are about to publish new books in the near future. This makes me deeply gratified, because the birth of each book contains the author’s countless efforts and efforts. I specially invite them to come to my Podcast program to share their writing and publishing experiences, so that more people can understand the details of the publishing process; I also look forward to recommending good books to more friends through these interviews!

In addition, I also had a long chat with a senior in the publishing industry. He has decades of experience in the industry and has unique insights into market trends and book content selection. I benefited a lot from this conversation, especially when he praised my writing style, I felt even more grateful. He encouraged me to continue to improve my writing and try more different types of content in the future, which made me more confident about my next book project.

Today’s interactions with my friends made me think about whether the distance between people has become even further in this era of digital technology. Perhaps we should be more intentional about maintaining those precious relationships, rather than letting the busyness of life become an excuse to distance ourselves from each other. In the future, I hope to contact my friends more frequently, not just to send blessings on the New Year, but to always care about their current situation, so that friendship will not fade due to time and distance.

Everything on this day made me think more about the future. In addition to continuing to work hard at work, I also hope to find a better balance in life so that I can take good care of my body and care for the important people around me while I am busy. To this end, I have set some new goals for myself to remind myself not to ignore the little things in life.

Today may seem like an ordinary day, but it is filled with many cherished moments. From physical recovery to the care of my family, from the small achievements I have made at work to the warm responses from my friends, everything makes me feel the beauty and value of life. Life is composed of countless small fragments, and what we can do is to embrace these moments with a grateful heart and cherish the present.

There will definitely be many challenges and variables in the days to come, but as long as we are willing to experience it with our heart, life will always bring us countless surprises and gains. In the new year, I hope that I can bravely welcome every day with this gratitude and expectation, and make myself a better individual.
