"The Little Voice of Vista": Introduction to the digital note-taking software Logseq

Logseq refers to the advantages of many digital note-taking software. It is an unlimited-level outline software with daily recording as the core. At the same time, it also supports Markdown format, two-way links, Zotero and PDF document annotation. In addition, you can find many useful plug-ins in the plug-in market.
Logseq can be opened directly on the browser, or you can download a dedicated App to use it. Personally, I prefer to open the app to write notes.
Logseq opens a new page every day, just like writing a diary. We can directly write down any trivial matters or important issues that come to our mind, or even some common things in life!
For example, I had a very comfortable sleep last night, and when I woke up in the morning, I took notes. Another example is what book I read in the morning, or if I want to invite friends to my podcast, I can record it in my Logseq.
Because it is like keeping a record by writing a diary, of course there will be different content every day. You can write down what comes to mind, which is really convenient! It also has many functions, the most worth mentioning is the so-called two-way link. We can string all past notes together for easy review at any time.
Logseq, a digital note-taking software, refers to the architecture and features of many note-taking software, so it has many similarities with many software. For example, the well-known Roam Research, WorkFlowy and TiddlyWiki are all examples of Logseq learning from.
When it comes to taking notes, I think many of my friends, including myself, may have made a mistake before, that is, we all thought that the notes should be perfect and complete. But if we want to make perfect notes, we must spend a lot of effort on classification and related management, but this is actually putting the cart before the horse!
Therefore, the reason why I like to use Roam Research or Logseq is that I like their daily logging-centric model. That is to say, as long as you think of something that you find interesting or meaningful, or even the part that bothers you, you can just write it down…
Logseq In addition to the daily recording feature, it also supports an infinite-level outline mode, which allows users to write down some thoughts at any time and organize them in a hierarchical manner. In addition, it also supports Markdown format, which is also very convenient!
Of course, some friends may not be familiar with Markdown yet. However, there are many related reference books in the market now, or teaching documents on the Internet, which are very convenient. I think if you are determined to learn Markdown format, it shouldn’t be too difficult!
Next, it supports two-way connections. Friends who like to write notes may encounter a problem, that is, if they take too many notes, sometimes they are not easy to retrieve. But if you can use a two-way link, it will be easier to find.
In addition to the above functions, Logseq has now launched a plug-in market. In addition to their own official software, many third-party developers are now able to develop many powerful functions based on the needs of Logseq users. It is really easy to use!
Logseq supports more and more plug-ins. For example, we can convert notes into mind maps through plug-ins. This design can be said to be quite considerate, and it is also very convenient to browse the notes we have written.
Many friends know that writing notes is very important, but I would like to remind everyone: the key to the success of writing notes is not to record, the key is that we must always go back to review and take practical actions. Only if you go back and read these notes from time to time can the notes be effective.
In the past, many friends may have spent a lot of effort choosing notebooks or note-taking software. Of course, this is indeed a very interesting trial process. But I still want to suggest to everyone that the purpose of taking notes must be for our own use. Therefore, I still want to suggest that in addition to taking notes, we should also review it regularly.
Speaking of viewing notes, I would like to recommend a Logseq plug-in to everyone. We can install a plug-in and then randomly find some past notes. Because when we write more and more notes, we may not have time to review them one by one. However, if we can randomly select a few diary entries to read, it is actually very interesting.
Speaking for myself, when I look through the diaries I have written in the past, I will find many little secrets, which also bring a lot of fun to ordinary life!
