"The Little Voice of Vista": Make good use of templates to create a new pattern in life (comes with a personal branding briefing and templates)

Since my birthday on January 2nd, I have recorded three consecutive episodes of the podcast. In today’s episode of “Vista’s Little Voice”, I want to talk to you about the topic of templates.
What is template? According to Wikipedia’s Interpretation, the so-called template, or template, usually refers to a reusable template with fixed content that can build multiple different instances.
Speaking of templates, I think everyone should like them! From Blog Template, [Presentation Template](https://www.managertoday.com.tw /articles/view/59964), web design templates, resume templates, note templates and even life planning templates…etc., you just need to enter some keywords to search, and it should be easy to find various templates on search engines such as Google, Baidu or Bing.
It seems that with a template, we don’t have to use our brains. We can extend and develop ideas according to the template’s style, which is convenient, fast, and less error-prone. Well, templates certainly have their advantages and can save a lot of time in conception, but I would like to remind everyone: we should choose templates carefully, not be limited by their fixed styles, and try to create our own new pattern of life based on the accumulated experience and foundation of our predecessors.
From presentation templates, web page templates to resume templates, why do you need these templates? The reason is very simple. This is because many people feel that they lack aesthetics and have no art design ability, so they hope to seek external assistance.
At seven o’clock last night, I was teaching at the “[First New Teacher Training Camp] (https://teacher.vstar.school)”, and I happened to share with you the marketing and publicity skills related to course enrollment. During the two-hour online course, I also talked to the students about the concepts and techniques of promotional materials, course promotion, and sales page design.

There are also many sales page design software or online services to choose from, which can help us shorten the time of designing the page, such as [Canva] (https://www.canva.com) or [Brizy] (https://www.brizy.io), which are tools that I like very much and have paid for.

In addition to giving lectures yesterday, I also read a new book. This is “[Notion Life Management Technique: Starting from 0, Create Your Own All in One High-Efficiency Digital System] (https://bit.ly/3mSuDc9)” published by KBA Group. The author is Ms. Mu Yangni (https://nomadni.com), the co-founder of the well-known e-commerce company.
This book claims to be Notion’s first complete guide in Chinese. It provides practical explanations and automation efficiency tips, hoping to help readers grow from work to dream reality, and grasp the most comfortable life balance. What’s even better is that the book also comes with 27 original templates created by Muyangni.
Of course, as the founder of [Taiwan’s largest note-taking community] (https://www.facebook.com/groups/note.taking.club), I am no stranger to the software Notion. To be honest, it is more like an old friend that has been with me for several years. Notion is quite powerful and is no longer just a digital note-taking tool. Therefore, I agree with Ms. Muyangni’s statement that it is a productivity software, and I also think it is very suitable to use Notion to build my own life management system.
Unlike other computer books, which are mostly heavy, this new book is not too long, and it is printed in full color, making the content easy to understand and easy to read. If you are interested in learning Notion to build your own digital note-taking or management system, I am happy to recommend this book to you.
In recent years, Notion has grown rapidly. Both Notion officials and other Notion enthusiasts have developed countless templates for this software. These templates are beautiful, generous, and easy to use. They are indeed worthy of a try by interested friends!
However, I also want to remind everyone: Notion is still a tool after all. It is important to be pleasing to the eye, but what is more worthy of our thinking is how to use it skillfully to maximize efficiency, so that our lives can be slow and fast, and be leisurely!
