On the evening of April 26th, I came to attend the “[The Most Productive Year] (https://goo.gl/iSK5gQ)” reading group organized by Vista. I heard a lot of interesting new knowledge and gained some understanding of productivity. What was particularly touching was that Teacher Vista shared his approach to network management. When asked about what to do with business cards received, I responded by “scanning the business card with Evernote”, but the teacher said that he is used to writing to the person after receiving the business card.
I feel inspired by what the teacher said, “If you have the other person’s business card, how can you let two people have memory points at the same time?”
I was very enlightened by the teacher’s answer. The conversation method of Gmail letters is indeed not too abrupt, and it does not have the pressure of “read without reply” and the urgency of replying quickly like LINE. Through correspondence, people can reply after finishing trivial matters, which really makes people feel the warmth of receiving a business card; especially if it is paired with a group photo, it can increase the memory point.
Today is my first time to attend Teacher Vista’s reading group, and I feel very fulfilled after listening to it. Although I haven’t had time to read “The Most Productive Year”, I really like to explore topics related to time efficiency. I will benefit a lot from reading tonight, especially the sharing of software and programs at the end, which I also like very much.
Thank you Vista for sharing, it made me understand: by regularly recording or excerpting data, filtering out the valuable essence, and then through purposeful repeated review, more different opinions and inspirations will be produced.
