This morning, I am very happy to be invited to the First Bank Head Office to share on the topic of “Building Brand Digital Power”. In the face of elites from various units, I share with you my experience in running brands and communities in the past few years. In just two hours, I went from building personal brands and corporate brands to talking about content production, social marketing and content marketing

Take [First Bank] (https://www.firstbank.com.tw/) as an example. In addition to their beautifully designed official website, they also operate [fan pages] (https://www.facebook.com/firsthaka/), LINE official accounts, etc., which clearly shows the importance they attach to social media. In this sharing, the topic that attracted the most attention was the skills and mentality of writing eye-catching social posts. After the meeting, some colleagues came to discuss this issue with me.

This topic is very interesting, and I think it will be the focus of many people’s attention. I think we might as well take this opportunity to talk to you about how to produce high-quality social posts?

When it comes to writing high-quality, attention-grabbing posts, I believe there are at least five key elements:

  • In line with current events, it can be operated with Content Calendar.

  • Create a sense of intimacy, making people happy to read and understand it instantly.

  • Can resonate and make people want to follow the call to action.

  • Provide useful content that can specifically help.

  • Allow people to participate and create together through interaction.

Many people help companies manage social media, but they often have no inspiration. In fact, if you can start from current affairs and festivals, it is a good way. If it can be paired with the use of a content calendar, I believe it will complement each other.

When operating social media, we must first think about who is the target audience? Let’s think about what types of subject content to deliver? If rational and emotional narrative appeals can be combined, people will have a sense of intimacy and be willing to read relevant content and information.

When many people run fan pages or write product copy, they only focus on saying what they want to say, but ignore the feelings of the target audience. This is really a pity. We should first think about how to resonate and make the hard-produced content effective.

I have mentioned before: the focus of content marketing is to deliver useful information. Similarly, a high-quality social post must have value and can specifically help the target audience, solve certain problems or bring specific benefits.

Finally, just one-way transmission of information is not enough to achieve a high-quality social post. Therefore, if we want our hard-written posts to be seen by more people, we must think about interactive elements so that people can easily participate and even co-create. Of course, content that can be co-created and shared by everyone will definitely have the opportunity to be spread to more people…

Overall, writing a social post may not take too long and can be completed quickly, but if you want to achieve good communication effects, you definitely need some careful planning. If you have any questions, please feel free to leave a message to discuss with me!
