A friend wrote to me and asked: “Vista, how do you maintain a stable mood during the depressing period of epidemic prevention?”
Well, that’s a good question! Since the raging epidemic is unavoidable for us, in addition to taking good anti-epidemic measures, we must naturally change our mentality, try to make our life more varied day after day, and at the same time find the focus of life and work.
For me, it’s about trying to keep life as changeable as possible. The changing part is to find something interesting to do for yourself every day to make life more fun! The unchanged part is trying to maintain good habits, such as going out for exercise at 5:30 in the morning and regularly sending e-newsletters.
For today, the most important thing is to record an online class at 2 p.m.: This is a six-class online writing class “Write Your Own Story” specially designed for adults in cooperation with the Orange Generation Channel of the United Daily News. Time flies so fast, and in the blink of an eye, the recording of this series of courses is coming to an end…
Looking back on this series of courses, I started by writing a life story from an old photo, and then taught everyone to use warm graphic diaries to play on Facebook. Next, I led the students to use words to thank the noble people in life, and also record the people who influence our lives. In addition to encouraging everyone to write touching family stories, I also share with you how to develop your writing perspective and style, and how to create a sense of accomplishment through essay submissions!
The last lesson is to lead everyone to write a letter to reconcile with the important people in their lives. When it comes to reconciliation, many people have a threshold that cannot be crossed, so of course it is not easy, but it is also a required course for everyone!
In the past, we were very accustomed to using writing to achieve various purposes in daily life, such as writing product copy, business plans, or meeting minutes, etc. However, when we enter the middle of life in Second Life, we should return to the original intention of writing and write for ourselves. Therefore, in this class, I hope that everyone can get closer to their hearts through writing and reconcile with themselves or with the important people in their lives.

The so-called free writing is a good way to start turning your head around. In other words, just keep writing as fast as you can on the idea in your mind or the topic at hand, regardless of whether the grammar or word usage is correct. In this way, we can focus on the process of writing, clearing our minds of all thoughts and allowing our body and mind to settle down.
