Today is Saturday, but for me [Cocoonju](https://www.vistacheng.com/search/label/VistaCocoonju Diary) at home, there is not much difference. I also spend time exercising, working and reading, and of course I will also use my free time to catch up on TV dramas or watch TV news.

If there is anything particularly noteworthy today, it is probably that I appeared on the page of United Daily News.

Some friends may already know that I recently cooperated with the [Orange Generation] (https://orange.udn.com/orange/index) channel under the United Daily News Department to launch writing courses designed for adults. This time, the “Write Your Own Story” six online writing classes developed by Orange Generation VIP, my idea is very simple, I hope everyone can easily start writing their own stories.

In order to promote this series of courses, I previously accepted an exclusive interview with United Daily News. In addition to sharing my personal growth and writing experience, I also particularly want to encourage mature friends to write together. Here, I would also like to express my special thanks to Ms. Chen Siyu for helping me write this report titled “Put aside the inner demons of writing and leave a priceless treasure to your children”.

“In the past, writing was a relatively unpopular interest, but in recent years I have found that more and more people are writing.” Has rich experience in media and writing teaching The columnist Zheng Weiquan (Vista) has observed that there has been a writing trend in Taiwan, Europe and the United States in recent years. There are young people learning workplace writing, and there are also many mature people who have taken up writing again, recording their life experiences and passing them on to their loved ones.

Well, I feel this very deeply. As a creator, I enjoy the pleasure of writing, but I have discovered a long time ago that many people in society are afraid of writing, or have no confidence in writing.

Perhaps it is precisely because of the lack of public interest that there are not many books on writing on the market. I guess it has something to do with market supply and demand. However, the situation has changed significantly in recent years. If you have the opportunity to visit a bookstore, you will find that various publishers are constantly releasing books to teach you how to write. It is obvious that the needs of readers are increasing day by day. Various writing-related entities or online courses have also sprung up like mushrooms after rain.

Everyone knows that writing is the best investment for yourself, and we also understand the importance of writing, but why do many people still hesitate to move forward? I think this is because many friends take writing too seriously, or feel ashamed after seeing the works of some writers and well-known bloggers. In fact, this is unnecessary.

You know, writing should be a happy thing, please remember to write for yourself!

Writing can not only communicate externally, but is also a way of self-healing and dialogue. So, make yourself happy first, and then consider the outside world’s opinions. In this way, you won’t write a heavyweight!

In fact, the scope of writing is very broad. In addition to the familiar copywriting or artistic creation, there are many unknown areas worth exploring! Therefore, this time I carefully planned “Writing Class for Adults”, hoping that everyone can start by writing their own stories and gradually fall in love with writing.
