"AI is easy to use" community exceeds 90,000 people: from 3,000 to 90,000, notes from colleagues in the era of AI agents

"AI is easy to use" community exceeds 90,000 people: the road from 3,000 to 90,000 peers (opens in a new tab) ▲ From 2023 to 2026, this community has grown from 3,000 people to 90,000 people.

In the spring of 2023, I established the “AI is easy to use” (opens in a new tab) community on Facebook.

At that time, generative AI was just beginning to enter the public consciousness. Many people open ChatGPT for the first time and are both excited and confused: What can it do? Can you help me write an article? Can you help me with marketing? Can work efficiency be improved? Or will it replace me one day?

I still remember that when the club reached 3,000 members, I wrote a testimonial (opens in a new tab). At that time, I sincerely felt that although this was not a community with tens of thousands of people, it was not easy to gather 3,000 friends who were interested in AI.

Unexpectedly, time has moved forward, and today, the “AI is easy to use” (opens in a new tab) community has exceeded 90,000 people.

This number, to me, is not only a milestone in the growth of the community, but also a footnote to an era.

It reminded me: AI is no longer just a topic in the tech world, nor is it just the preserve of engineers, entrepreneurs, or big companies. It has entered the daily life of every office worker, creator, business, teacher, consultant, boss, student and freelance worker.

It also reminds me: What everyone really needs is never just one more tool. What everyone really needs is someone to accompany you to understand this change, to translate anxiety into methods, to turn curiosity into action, and to turn unfamiliar technologies into abilities that can be used daily.

The changes in AI have shifted from being able to generate to being able to do things.

If we talk about the AI craze in 2023, the keyword is “generation” - generating articles, generating pictures, generating briefings and generating plans; then by 2026, the keywords of AI have gradually become “agent”, “process” and “collaboration”.

In other words, AI doesn’t just help us answer questions, but begins to assist us in completing a series of tasks.

From the perspective of enterprise applications, more and more organizations are not just trying out AI, but are beginning to think about how to integrate AI into real work processes. Deloitte’s 2026 Enterprise AI Report (opens in a new tab) pointed out that the concerns of enterprises have shifted from “whether AI can be used” to ROI, governance, safety ethics, employee readiness and large-scale implementation. McKinsey’s 2025 Global AI Survey (opens in a new tab) also noted that AI use is expanding and agentic AI is becoming more common, but most organizations are still stuck in the process of moving from testing to scaled impact.

This is also something I feel particularly passionate about in recent years.

Many people who first joined “AI is easy to use” (opens in a new tab) may just want to learn a Prompt and want to know which AI copywriting tool can write more like a human? Want AI to help you draw pictures, write copy, or organize meeting minutes. But today, we will find that the real watershed is not whether you can ask AI questions, but rather:

Can you put AI into your own work system?

Can you redesign your knowledge process, content process, sales process, research process and decision-making process?

Can you slowly change from a person who uses tools to someone who designs AI collaboration processes?

Having said that, this is the most noteworthy aspect of AI trends in 2026: AI is moving from a single point tool to workflow; from chat boxes to agent-based systems; from helping you produce a piece of text to assisting you in completing a whole task journey.

The more AI accelerates in this era, the more human judgment, warmth and community are needed.

The World Economic Forum’s “Future of Jobs Report 2025 (opens in a new tab) mentioned that between 2025 and 2030, technological innovation, AI and automation will continue to reshape jobs, skills and organizational strategies; the report also pointed out that employers’ demand for AI-skilled talents is rising, and some companies are expected to reduce manpower requirements for automatable tasks.

These trends sound grand, but when put back into everyone’s daily life, it is actually a very simple question: In the face of AI, how can we not be pushed by the wave, but learn to ride the wave forward?

I have always believed that the most important ability in the AI era is not to turn yourself into a machine, nor to compete with AI in terms of speed, quantity, or output. What really matters is whether we can retain human judgment, human taste, human empathy, and the power of mutual support between people.

Of course, this is also my biggest original intention in running the “AI is easy to use” (opens in a new tab) community.

I hope this isn’t a place that only shares beauty tips, nor is it just a place that chases the latest features. I prefer it to be like a warm learning square: some people share new tools, some ask questions, some write down their own test results, some remind everyone to avoid pitfalls, and some are willing to turn the pits they have stepped on into a guide for others to avoid taking a wrong path.

Because no matter how powerful AI is, it cannot replace the goodwill between people.

If a person learns AI alone, he or she will often feel anxious; if a group of people learn AI together, they will slowly grow in courage.

From 3,000 to 90,000 people, what I see is a kind of common growth

Looking back at 2023, when I wrote the 3,000 Reflections (opens in a new tab), I was thinking: Can more people not just dive, but be willing to share, interact and discuss?

Today, when the society reaches 90,000 people, I still have the same desire in my heart.

The number of people has increased, but the original intention has not changed.

I still hope that “AI is easy to use” (opens in a new tab) is not a community where only a few people speak out, but a place where everyone can come in with questions and leave with gains.

You can be a novice who has just started to contact AI, or you can be an advanced user who has already integrated AI into your workflow; you can be a writer, marketer, business, consultant, teacher, student or entrepreneur, or you can just be someone who is simply curious about the future.

There is no need to pretend that you know AI well here.

You can ask very basic questions, share a small success, propose an immature idea, or record how you use AI to solve a small problem in life or work.

Because real learning is never about becoming great all at once, but about understanding a little more every day.

In 2026, we need to use AI well instead of just using a lot of AI

The name “AI is easy to use” has always had two meanings for me.

The first meaning is: AI is really useful.

It can help us organize information, inspire inspiration, improve expression, accelerate learning and assist decision-making. It can also make many things that took a lot of time and cost to complete in the past easier to start.

But the second meaning, I think is more important: we must use AI well.

To use it well is not to use it blindly; to use it well is not to leave everything to AI; to use it well is not to chase every new tool and end up forgetting what problem you really want to solve.

To use AI well is to know how to ask questions, know how to judge, know how to verify, know how to make corrections, and how to retain your own values and creativity in addition to efficiency.

By 2026, we will see more and more companies begin to introduce AI agents, and we will also see automation gradually penetrate customer service, marketing, program development, data analysis, and operational processes. Google Cloud (opens in a new tab) also focuses on how agentic AI will transform enterprise operations as a key trend for 2026. Adobe’s “2026 AI and Digital Trends Report (opens in a new tab) points out that generative AI and agent-based AI are rapidly changing the customer journey and putting brands under new pressure to adapt.

But precisely because of this, we need a place to discuss together:

Which AI applications are really helpful?

Which tools are just a passing fad?

What jobs can be handed over to AI?

What judgments must be left to human hands?

Which processes are worth refactoring?

Which abilities will become more valuable because of AI?

These questions cannot be answered by any one person alone. It requires community, communication, and people from different backgrounds to bring their own experiences together. This is why I separated Personal Branding and Content Creation Methodology (opens in a new tab), One-person Company Operating System (opens in a new tab), and Complete Portfolio and Introduction (opens in a new tab) into independent entrances - different people will come in with different questions, and there must be a place to catch them.

Thank you to everyone who joined, and friends who haven’t joined yet are also welcome to join us.

“AI is easy to use” (opens in a new tab) I really want to thank every friend for being able to get to where I am today.

Thank you for sharing an article, a tool, a question or a piece of experience.

Thank you for the time one night, because of a post, I suddenly felt: “It turns out that I am not alone in my exploration.”

Thank you also to those friends who are diving silently. You may not leave messages often, but I believe that you are also turning AI into usable capabilities bit by bit in your own lives and work.

Along the way from 3,000 people to 90,000 people, I believe more and more: the best thing about a community is not how big it is, but whether it makes people willing to stay, talk, share, and grow together.

In the future, I will continue to share more content about AI writing, AI marketing, AI workflow, AI agent, Vibe Coding, knowledge management and personal brand management in the community. I also look forward to more friends not just diving and watching, but participating together.

If you have not joined the “AI is easy to use” (opens in a new tab) community, you are welcome to join us to communicate.

This is not a place that requires you to become an AI expert immediately, but a place that invites you to slowly get started, slowly understand, and slowly develop new abilities.

The times of AI are changing quickly, but we don’t have to catch up alone. Let us learn, ask, and use together, and accompany each other through this era that is rewriting the world.
