For professional lecturers, open class enrollment is always a lingering nightmare, which is more nerve-wracking than preparing lessons; even talking about this topic will make your scalp numb! However, if you are a lecturer like me, you cannot avoid this issue and you will have to face it sooner or later.

Just like last night, I just held the first “Build My Personal Brand” lecture. Thank you everyone for your support and encouragement, so that the first lecture can successfully start the class. In fact, in my opinion, course opening and enrollment are like two sides of the same coin. In addition to taking stock of your own resources, advantages, and course features, there are many details and unknown tips when it comes to enrollment.

Taking myself as an example, in addition to teaching you how to run a personal brand and engage in content marketing, I will also build a trusting relationship with the target audience bit by bit through daily writing and sharing. Of course, I am also very aware that in this fragmented era, it is also necessary to cross the stratosphere through advertising and marketing, so as to achieve the purpose of publicity and smoothly convert eyeballs into orders.



Today I am very happy to have the opportunity to participate in the fourth “[Cracking the Secrets of Enrollment in Open Classes” (https://docs.google.com/fo rms/d/17jUFikxLmfI2_7zvGzp3oH3qdGl5HJ6_RoaJWQvgP4I/viewform?edit_requested=true)”, there was no dull moment in the whole afternoon course, and I even felt that time passed too fast! I think this is probably the only course in the market that specifically teaches admissions skills!

This course starts from the three levels of open class enrollment business. Teacher Zhang explains the precautions regarding market power, product power and business power one by one. Although the concept itself is not difficult, what is commendable is that Teacher Zhang can combine many years of experience and rich cases to make people “understand instantly” the techniques and details of various admissions.

  • Operating target audience starts with raising customers, borrowing customers and buying customers.

  • Define your own business model and pricing strategy, and continuously revise and fine-tune it.

Well, why are there so few courses like this? That’s because if the lecturer himself doesn’t have many years of education and experience, he won’t be able to make people pay by just talking about concepts or theories. Teacher Zhang teaches everyone to start by preparing an income and expenditure estimate, and designing pricing and discount plans. This can also prevent everyone from just pricing based on “feelings.” It can not only improve the degree of control over revenue, but also effectively increase profits.

As for the setting of target audience, it is indeed very important! In addition, the pricing strategy of courses is also worthy of study. When Teacher Zhang mentioned this part, it also reminded me that when I was in graduate school, I was interested in pricing and read a lot of literature. For those who are interested, we can also study together!

I feel that this afternoon’s class is a class that every professional lecturer should attend. Of course, in this era of fierce competition, in addition to developing professional skills, I think professional lecturers also need to build a personal brand. After all, we are now in an era where “the smell of wine is afraid of the depth of the alley”. Only by bravely stepping out of the comfort zone and stratosphere can we be “seen” by more people.
