I think maybe some friends may have seen the “African Swine Fever Lazy Bag” briefing circulated on the Internet at the end of 2018, and even found that even Vice President Chen Jianren [reprinted] (ht tps://www.facebook.com/chencj/posts/1994514827295996), only then began to notice [Teacher Lin Changyang] (https://www.facebook.com/LinCY.TheThinker) who has been immersed in the field of presentation design for many years.

Although I have not often had the opportunity to make lazy bags before, I am actually no stranger to Teacher Changyang. I have heard of this person since he was still working as a physical therapist. In the past few years, I have often paid attention to his works and often read his blog; I even know that some friends have attended Mr. Chang Yang’s classes and have given him good reviews. In addition, I occasionally met Teacher Changyang on some occasions, so I became somewhat familiar with him without realizing it.

Therefore, when he published “[The Lazy Man’s Illustrated Presentation Technique: Turning Complex Knowledge into an Illustrated Lazy Man’s Packet that can be understood instantly at a glance]” (https://www.books.com.tw/exep/assp.php/vista/products/0010814914 ?utm_source=vista&utm_medium=ap-books&utm_content=recommend&utm_campaign=ap-201907)》, I paid attention right away! It’s just that there are too many books to digest at the same time, so I slowed down the progress a little and wanted to study hard again soon. I would also like to express my special thanks to Amy for donating books, giving me the opportunity to study with Teacher Chang Yang.

In a nutshell, this book hopes We hope to use the “Lazy Man Illustrated Briefing” to simplify complex information such as professional knowledge, event descriptions, policy explanations and product introductions, making communication and delivery an easy and comfortable thing, which can then influence others and trigger specific changes!

Before, I have seen my friend Teacher Yongxi use this [Lazy Man Graphic Presentation Technique] (https://www.facebook.com/joestalktw/photos/a.691981711196065/782332175494351/?type=3&theater) to explain his time management philosophy. It can be said that it is both eye-catching and effective in teaching!

If we quote Clayton Christiansen and others in “[The Use Theory of Innovation](https://www.books.com.tw/exep/assp.php/vista/products/0010760251?utm_source=vista&utm_medium=ap-books&utm_ content=recommend&utm_campaign=ap-201907)”, then I guess the original intention of Teacher Changyang in writing this book was to help professionals such as scholars, doctors, scientists, psychologists, authors, editors and community operators to effectively disseminate professional opinions or knowledge in an interesting way!

The lazy graphic presentation technique is indeed an easy-to-use content production method. However, rather than treating it as a shortcut to design briefings, I think it should be approached from the perspective of thinking and mental approach! It means that using the lazy flat presentation method, although you don’t need to spend a lot of time looking for suitable templates, and you don’t need to be limited by templates, colors or pattern designs, but I still find that some friends will focus on cute flat icons.

Well, “A picture is worth a thousand words” is certainly correct, but I think when designing a presentation, we should return to the original intention and focus on the [point of view] we want to convey (https://www.contenthacker.today/2018/06/3-presentation-key-points.html). If I have the chance, I also hope to ask Teacher Changyang for more advice on this part.

It is said that as many as 81.4% of Japanese people think that they are not good at explaining, communicating, and conveying. I believe that the situation in Taiwan may be similar. But in our daily work and life, we must have many opportunities to come into contact with briefings, but I also know that many people regard designing briefings and writing articles as a daunting path…

If you also have such troubles, I am happy to recommend reading this book “[Lazy Man’s Illustrated Presentation Technique: Turning Complex Knowledge into a Lazy Man’s Pack of Graphical Presentations that You Can Understand at a Glance]” by Teacher Chang Yang (https://www.books.com.tw/exep/assp.php/vista/ products/0010814914?utm_source=vista&utm_medium=ap-books&utm_content=recommend&utm_campaign=ap-201907)》Yo!
