The beginning of sorting is discarding

整理的开始，就是丢弃 (opens in a new tab)。

In fact, we already know the truth of many things! But the problem is that “knowing does not mean doing it.” Perhaps this is also the so-called human nature.

During the raging epidemic, many friends spent more time at home. In addition to taking time to study, exercise, relax and spend time with family, is it time to sort out your life? I’ve been thinking about this question a lot lately, always wondering where to start sorting out my life?

Well, it turns out that the principle of sorting is the same.

She also said: “The room does not become messy naturally. It is the people who live in it who make it messy.” This sentence sounds deafening. Thinking of my room filled with many books, I can’t help but feel a little ashamed.

是啊，我的房间虽然不大，但也不是一开始就乱成一团的呀，还不都是自己造成的？ I remembered that Marie Kondo once said: “Whether you lose something or own something, the ultimate goal is to make yourself happy.” I feel that I really need to sort out my life (opens in a new tab).

The journey of organizing in digital space

Not only do my rooms and wardrobes need to be organized, but my computer and cloud space also need to be cleaned up and replaced with new ones. I remember the Google Workspace for Education (formerly known as Google Suite for Education) account I applied for when I was studying at National Taiwan University. It was recently announced that its storage space limit (opens in a new tab) will be significantly reduced, and you will no longer be able to enjoy the benefits of unlimited space capacity.

想起这件事，我连忙登入Google Workspace for Education帐号，开始动手整理上头的一大堆简报、文件和影片档案了。赫然发现上头的档案着实太多了，很难在三五天甚至一两个星期之内就整理完毕。但我告诉自己，不能再这样拖下去了，总要开始行动的。

每天清理一些档案，终有大功告成的一日。

I downloaded these photos and shared them on Facebook. People immediately liked them, and many friends who had attended the conference also left messages. It was so lively!
