When you think of a super salesperson, what do you think of immediately? Regardless of whether they think of sales masters who are all-rounded and eloquent, everyone is always very envious of these people who can make the dead seem alive and sell various products smoothly.

“Whether the economy is booming or in a downturn, what a salesperson should do is the same, and all results are accumulated every day.” Fumiko Hayashi (https://zh.wikipedia.org/wiki/林文子), who once served as the mayor of Yokohama, Japan, explained the success of [Super Salesperson] (https://www.managertoday.com.tw/articles/view/45830) in her book “A Life of Suspension”.

Although sales are very important, I always felt that I was far away from being a salesperson. It’s not that I reject doing business, but I feel that I can only write articles and engage in marketing activities, but I am not good at face-to-face sales.

——However, the importance of business sales can be imagined, so I do not exclude learning how to become a powerful sales master.

Recently, I received a book as a gift from a publishing house and came across this “[Super Industry Notes: Sales Power is Your Immunity─Eight Lectures on Sales by Zheng Lide” (https://www.books.com.tw/exep/assp.php/vista/products/0 010898798?utm_source=vista&utm_medium=ap-books&utm_content=recommend&utm_campaign=ap-202108)》, it feels very interesting. When you look at the title, you can tell that it echoes the recent epidemic topic, and it makes people want to know what kind of medicine the author sells in his gourd?

The author pointed out that the so-called “immunity” can be divided into innate and acquired: innate refers to the physical constitution and health status, and acquired refers to the vaccine. Interestingly, sales can also be divided into nature and nurture. Nature refers to sales personality, mentality and values, while nurture includes sales skills, words, methods and strategies.

He said that the original intention of writing this book was to tell everyone: “When you are alive, there is hope!” It means that in sales, as long as you can visit, are willing to visit, and know how to visit, you will always have successful sales one day!

I think these words sound simple and easy to understand, but they inspire me. After all, the only unchanging truth in this world is that it continues to change every day. Since the future is full of challenges and difficulties, what is there to be afraid of or hesitate to move forward? What we have to worry about is whether we are competitive?

The author encourages everyone that if you want to become a super salesperson, you must first ask yourself: Do you maintain a winning mentality at all times? Losers often only make excuses when they see problems, while winners never give up and try to find answers and ways out in a chaotic and unclear state.

As the epidemic is gradually brought under control, everyone can’t wait to return to normal life, but how to embrace the new normal will be a topic that each of us needs to face. Similarly, business sales will inevitably encounter many challenges in the post-epidemic era. Of course, I believe there will also be many new opportunities.
