Last night, I had a live broadcast with my friends from the [First Graphic and Text Creation Training Camp] (https://creationcamp.vstar.school/). We all talked about a few things about creation. It felt really good. When entering the Q&A session, Teacher Penny asked me a question: “How do teachers deal with procrastination?”

Well, this is indeed a common question for creators or office workers!

According to Wikipedia, procrastination, commonly known as procrastination, is actually a personal behavior that postpones planned tasks until a later time. For example, many writers have the habit of procrastinating. People who procrastinate often feel anxious about starting or completing any task or decision, and use procrastination as a mechanism to cope with anxiety.

There are different reasons for the delay, but most of them are psychological. Generally speaking, the main reasons why people suffer from procrastination are anxiety, low sense of self-worth, pursuit of excessive perfection or overconfidence, or they are suffering from mental distress and giving up on themselves…etc.

Although many friends have praised me for being very self-disciplined and good at time management. But I must also admit that sometimes I want to give up, give up, or even delay the work at hand. Well-known American psychologist William. William Knaus mentioned in his book “Ending Procrastination” that as many as 25% of people in the world have procrastination behavior.

So if you find yourself procrastinating, don’t be alarmed. I know, maybe you want to ask: So, how to solve this problem?

In fact, getting rid of procrastination is not as difficult as you think. The following methods are provided for your reference:

First of all, please face your own personality problems. We must have a correct understanding. It is normal to suffer from procrastination. We do not need to feel ashamed or uncomfortable about it. We should face it with a positive and positive attitude.

Secondly, you might as well break the large project or complex work at hand into smaller tasks to execute. It’s also good to do things you are interested in or confident about first. This will not only be more efficient, but also bring a sense of accomplishment.

Next, it is also important to reward yourself in a timely manner and try to keep yourself on the track of a positive cycle. Whenever you complete a task, you can give yourself some encouragement, such as drinking a cup of coffee, eating some sweets, or watching a movie. This will add a little happiness to your life and make you feel happier.

Of course, you can also make good use of tools such as to-do lists, time management apps or project management software to ensure that you can keep up with the world and be a willing and responsible person!

Finally, it is also important to try to keep your daily routine regular. The benefits of a regular schedule are numerous. Adequate sleep can not only reduce the burden of work stress, but proper diet and exercise can also make your body healthier. Of course, these measures will also be of great help in reducing procrastination!

Well, let’s work together!
