This afternoon, I am very happy to have the opportunity to come to Neihu to participate in the lecture on “Learning Power” hosted by Teacher Elton.
Mr. Elton, who is good at text sales and communication, shared with everyone how he can combine seven major categories of abilities and turn them into his own competitive advantages. The key is actually-learning ability.
In this lecture, Teacher Elton shared with everyone ways to improve learning efficiency through his own experience. How can you convert it into your own abilities in the shortest possible time, and through the invisible learning method, you can grow all the time!

Teacher Elton mentioned that to improve learning efficiency, we must pay attention to the four major points of exercise, nutrition, time period and rhythm.
As for exercise, he mentioned that the premise of exercise and fitness is to keep good health, so he is used to running on the treadmill for half an hour after getting up. If you can’t run for half an hour, it’s good to run for at least ten minutes, or use any form of exercise you like.
Regarding nutrition, Teacher Elton shared with everyone that he often eats tuna eggs for breakfast, and for snacks, he pays attention to the intake of nuts. The principle of diet is to eat more food and try not to eat food.
As for the time period, he believes that the prime time for studying is early in the morning, while the secondary time is before going to bed. In addition, you can also make good use of the free time.
Finally, when it comes to rhythm, Teacher Elton also encourages everyone to use the Pomodoro Technique (The Pomodoro Technique), focusing on working or studying for 25 minutes at a time, and then resting for 5 minutes. Don’t get distracted and focus on one topic during each Pomodoro session. In addition, you can consider doing squats or push-ups while resting!
The Pomodoro Technique is a simple and easy time management method. The Pomodoro Technique was invented by Francisco. A more microscopic time management method than GTD founded by Cirillo in 1992. In just 25 minutes of the Pomodoro Technique, you will gain not only efficiency, but also an unexpected sense of accomplishment.
Next, Teacher Elton and the guests also shared their own specific learning and invisible learning methods. For example, he mentioned that he would set up a dedicated learning email to subscribe to e-newsletters. He would also purchase some good [online courses] (https://hahow.in/cr/content-power), or follow some great masters and opinion leaders on Facebook.
I will also share with you the secret of how to select a book. In addition to paying attention to the author, book title, recommended preface and table of contents, you may also want to read the introduction text written by the editor of the publishing house on the back cover. Teacher Elton also pointed out that don’t just read the content of the book, but also look at how the author moves you between the lines.

When it comes to learning methods, Mr. Elton reminds everyone not just to browse online courses, but also to look at how the teacher plans the course content and what he has done for the students. This was particularly touching to me because I had done a lot of preparation work for the newly launched online course.
As the saying goes, “The devil is in the details,” there are many things that you can’t see if you don’t pay enough attention. Therefore, he did not forget to remind everyone: Don’t just see the surface, but also be able to observe carefully.
Only by gaining insight into the content and details that these lecturers did not explain, and by dismantling their layout and planning techniques, can we understand: How do they make people think that they are awesome?
Very powerful people often know many things, but if you want to become very powerful, you must learn the ability of horizontal transplantation. To make learning more efficient, it is not enough to take photos or take notes, but to practice deliberately.

I also feel this deeply. Summary: I feel that I have gained a lot from attending this theme lecture today! Not only did I hear wonderful sharing and meet a group of new friends, it also made me understand the charm and methods of learning.
Learning can really make life better! Well, let’s work hard together!
