A book that coincides with the learning policy

First, it is based on the author’s own empirical evidence. Second, the content is easy to understand, and you can quickly understand the key points that the author wants to express. Key methods to enhance retention

Just like the author of this book mentioned, if you want to enhance retention, the key is to review within an hour, and it is best to organize and publish it immediately, and then integrate and design your own unique method.

This also reminds me that when I attend some courses or lectures, I often write down my experiences on the day… Some friends praise me for writing articles quickly, or others jokingly call me the “King of Notes”. In fact, I just review in this way and try to internalize it into useful knowledge.

When the book mentions the level-based learning method, it is also recommended that you organize your notes into technical articles and publish them. I think that as long as you practice writing more, you will speed up your writing and train yourself to express your ideas bravely. Over time, you will naturally be able to express some truth or unique viewpoints.
