For many friends, this is indeed a common problem. But it’s not difficult to solve this problem. As long as you write frequently and more, you should be able to gradually find a method that suits you!
Of course, if I just ask everyone to practice more carefully, some people may want to hit me, right? After all, the reason why this problem bothers many friends must be some reasons and bottlenecks that are difficult to solve. So, let’s talk about this topic today!
To be honest, I was not able to understand such a problem before. Perhaps because I have loved writing since I was a child, even though personal computers were not yet popular at that time, I could quickly write on manuscript paper or exercise books and write one composition after another. I have been exposed to writing since I was young. I really have no idea what it means to be exhausted, let alone why it takes several hours to write a composition.
However, as I get older, I understand more and more principles and have more friends, and even after I start teaching writing myself, I will naturally be able to put myself in others’ shoes and understand the various problems encountered when they come into contact with writing.
I once shared my writing experience. Every time I write a blog, it only takes about half an hour. If you go quickly, you can even finish it in twenty minutes! Closer to home, how can we improve writing efficiency?
As I have mentioned many times before, when you want to start producing content, please don’t rush to turn on the computer or start searching for information immediately… Whether you are making a presentation, writing copywriting or shooting a video, please first think about the purpose of doing these things?
In addition to clarifying the purpose and motivation of writing, understanding the readers is also a very important homework. It is recommended that you think carefully about which groups you want to target, and how to make appeals or appeals based on their characteristics and needs?
Some people say that when writing, you should treat your readers as lovers. Well, this sounds a bit romantic, but it actually makes some sense. Although we can only imagine the appearance of the readers when writing, we still need to take care of them as we would the people we love, and carefully figure out and think about what their needs are.
Having said that, only by trying to satisfy the other party’s wishes when writing, can your content be more easily understood and accepted by the market. The principle of “empathy” is simple to say, but difficult to do! However, it is really, really important!
I found that the reason why many friends spend hours or even a day or two writing an article is mainly because it is difficult to write it in one go and fully express the views in their mind. When you keep scribbling and revising during the writing process, or after writing a few sentences, you stop moving because you have no inspiration, it will naturally slow down your writing speed.
Therefore, if you want to improve your writing efficiency, in addition to boldly letting go of your creativity, you must also make various preparations in the early stage. If you want to improve your writing, you still need to practice more. Because quantitative changes lead to qualitative changes, and qualitative changes lead to new quantitative changes, the cycle goes back and forth to infinity, constituting the process of infinite development of things.
